Biography
Tiffany Janzen was born in Canada. She initially pursued a career in fashion and worked as a model in Hong Kong. However, she decided to return to Canada to further her education. She enrolled at Ryerson University, where she studied Graphic Communications Management.
During her final year, she took an introductory coding course, which led to her interest in software development. To transition into the field, she joined a 10-week coding bootcamp, which helped her secure a job at a startup. This role allowed her to gain hands-on experience in coding, technical problem-solving, and industry practices. She later pursued Full Stack Development at BrainStation and a Development Masterclass at HackerYou College of Technology. In 2024, she enrolled in a Practical AI and Machine Learning Program at George Brown College to expand her expertise.
Her career in technology began in December 2017 when she joined The Rumie Initiative as a Full Stack Developer. She worked on web applications using Node.js and Express.js, transitioning projects from PHP and Symfony to modern web-based platforms. She also developed APIs for various applications.
