Tiffany Janzen

Tiffany Janzen is a software developer, tech consultant, and STEM advocate. She founded TiffinTech, a platform aimed at making technology accessible and inspiring for diverse audiences. Through TiffinTech, she shares career advice, technical tutorials, and insights into industry trends. She also hosts the “Talk Tech with Tiff” podcast, where she interviews leading figures in technology, including Mark Zuckerberg.

Her career started as a Full Stack Developer at The Rumie Initiative, where she worked on web applications using Node.js and Express.js. She later joined IBM as a Senior Software Developer and Technical Consultant, mentoring new developers and contributing to Angular.js documentation. She then became a Senior Developer Advocate at Stackbit (acquired by Netlify) and later worked as a Senior Marketing Communications Manager at Netlify.

In 2019, she launched TiffinTech, which grew to become one of the most followed tech platforms across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, amassing over 1.3 million followers. She collaborates with major tech companies, including Apple, NVIDIA, LinkedIn, Logitech, Lenovo, Meta, Amazon, and Microsoft, to create technical content. In 2025, she was featured in Edelman’s “AI Creators You Need to Know” list.

Janzen is also a Tech Consultant & Advisor, working with MAANG companies and startups to build brand strategies and educational programs. She founded Taekoff, a learning platform offering tech workshops and networking opportunities. She actively speaks at conferences on topics such as artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and software development.

She attended Ryerson University, where she studied Graphic Communications Management, and later completed a Full Stack Development course at BrainStation. She further enhanced her technical skills by taking a Practical AI and Machine Learning Program at George Brown College.

Tiffany Janzen was born in Canada. She initially pursued a career in fashion and worked as a model in Hong Kong. However, she decided to return to Canada to further her education. She enrolled at Ryerson University, where she studied Graphic Communications Management. 

During her final year, she took an introductory coding course, which led to her interest in software development. To transition into the field, she joined a 10-week coding bootcamp, which helped her secure a job at a startup. This role allowed her to gain hands-on experience in coding, technical problem-solving, and industry practices. She later pursued Full Stack Development at BrainStation and a Development Masterclass at HackerYou College of Technology. In 2024, she enrolled in a Practical AI and Machine Learning Program at George Brown College to expand her expertise.

Her career in technology began in December 2017 when she joined The Rumie Initiative as a Full Stack Developer. She worked on web applications using Node.js and Express.js, transitioning projects from PHP and Symfony to modern web-based platforms. She also developed APIs for various applications.

In March 2020, she joined IBM as a Senior Software Developer and Technical Consultant. At IBM, she mentored new developers, created documentation for Angular.js best practices, and worked on complex technical solutions for clients. In September 2022, she joined Stackbit as a Senior Developer Advocate, focusing on developer relations and technical education. She later moved to Netlify in December 2023 as a Senior Marketing Communications Manager.

In January 2019, she founded TiffinTech, a tech education platform that shares career advice, industry insights, and technical tutorials. She remains active as a consultant, helping enterprises navigate emerging technologies.
